I paid 610 CHF at this salon, and it was a devastating experience. I was charged for coloring services that I never requested, and the haircut did not match what I asked for—much more length was removed than agreed, leaving the result uneven and very short.
I officially cut off all communication with the salon just two days after this unfortunate event, after attempting to reach a fair solution. I never asked for a full refund, but only for a fair price and a return of the money for the unauthorized services and the incorrect haircut. My image was ruined, and I am now facing months ahead just to regrow my hair.
To this day, the salon has refused to provide me with a detailed bill or any receipt for my 610 CHF payment. I have complete written correspondence and photos to prove all of my statements. Instead of resolving the issue, the owner chose to intimidate me by sending a lawyer's letter giving me 7 days to delete this review or face legal action. I will not tolerate threats for expressing a factual and genuine customer dissatisfaction.
