The problem is the non-existing language skills of the team. Two (or three) of the employees speak fluent English and German, but the rest, not a word! 🙈 I’m sure the boys chat and laugh about the clients, because how could we know what they talk about right?! There’s a constant chatter and laughter. It made me feel so irritated, that I won’t return again, although quality was always great. Such a shame!

Also ich war bisher immer sehr zufrieden, das einziige was mir bis jetzt aufgefallen ist, war das wenn ich ein symbol gezeichnet haben wollte und es mir nicht gefiel und er es nochmals neu machen musste sehr grob wurde und man ihm ansah das er keine lust hat, was ich persönlich etwas unprofessionell fand
