Der Mitarbeiter hat sich aufgeregt, das ich mehrere Farben gewechslet habe, dann wollte ich nochmals eine andere farbe und er hat Nein gesagt, das war wirklich nicht freundlich!

The problem is the non-existing language skills of the team. Two (or three) of the employees speak fluent English and German, but the rest, not a word! 🙈 I’m sure the boys chat and laugh about the clients, because how could we know what they talk about right?! There’s a constant chatter and laughter. It made me feel so irritated, that I won’t return again, although quality was always great. Such a shame!
