Low price and this reflects the quality. Communication is difficult both in English and German. Tools are not disinfected. A sort of broom in a very bad condition is used to remove the dust from your hands after filing. Nails are filed on the surface also for a simple manicure without polish/gel. There is really no need for that and the nails end up being damaged. You are not asked for what shape you would like to have. Employees talk to each other in their own language all treatment long.
