They were 10 minutes late for my appointment. They didn't disinfect the tools from the previous client.
I booked a simple manicure, which was supposed to take 20mins. They were overbooked and had to rush, because there were other clients already waiting. So they quickly finished the manicure in 13mins, without attention to detail - they didn't file my nails properly, just very roughly.
