People working here were nicer but the quality of the work was not good. The bleaching was not even and the balayage technique was not done correctly. The initial look was very strong lines of bleached hair. I mentioned I did not like that. And Vanessa tried to fix it by putting some toner of my natural color, which helped a bit but the toner does not look like my natural color in the parts of hair that were bleached. Now I have some funny colors in my hair. Thinking to go for a correction
