This was my first visit to Imagine. I was having gel polish removed, and I was having a regular pedicure done (without color). I was disappointed that when the technician told me the appointment was over, I still had polish on the edges of my nails (turquoise blue so you couldn't miss it). My toenails weren't well filed and the cuticles hadn't been pushed back. At my request, she removed the color as I requested. At that point, I left. I was underwhelmed with the service.
