Although I booked an appointment with Chang I was told upon arrival that she wasnt there. This was already disappointing. Then my nails within three days broke on the sides. Emailed the salon and despite their willingness to book a new appointment to fix them they never followed up with the booking, after several emails from my side. Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend.
