Regular customer at Just Nails & usually very happy. Last visit w/ Klara was disappointing. She seemed passive-aggressive, irritated & impatient. She filed my natural nails so thin it hurt. I didn’t say anything as I didn’t want to provoke an uncomfortable situation. I also wasn’t happy w/ the result: I like the thin gel application, but every nail has a different shape & it looks like little care was taken when filing. A disappointing result. Never had any issues w/ the rest of the team.

Michael ist super nett er hat alle meine wünsche übertroffen und sich zeit genommen obwohl andere am warten waren. ich bin mega happy mit der modellage und den tipps. nur zu empfehlen!! ich komme 100% wieder😍
