I’m very disappointed with my experience.
This was the worst waxing session I’ve had in Luzern for both bikini & legs. 1) The wax temperature was far too hot and felt burning on the skin, leaving visible marks afterward 2) The hair was removed against the direction of growth, making the experience painful and uncomfortable 3) The result was incomplete and I had to re-wax parts of my legs myself when I got home because there were still hairs left.
Overall, this didn’t meet professional standard
