Die Behandlung war wieder sehr gut. Alexandra macht einen tollen Job. Es ist schade, dass die Kommunikation aufgrund mangelnder Deutschkenntnisse noch etwas haprig ist.

I had a very positive experience at this salon. Oxana was professional, friendly, and very pleasant throughout the appointment. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the different treatments, which really helped me choose what to book next. The whole experience was informative and reassuring. The salon was also very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it.
