I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I’m disappointed. I booked with a professional, but an intern treated me without prior notice. The electric file was too strong and caused burning. The acrylic application was uneven, and another person kept correcting the work. The final result looks messy and uneven. The appointment took longer than scheduled. I’m not satisfied and won’t return.
And to be honest, i feel like i shouldn’t have had to pay for this.

Sie lassen mich 1 Stunde warten und danach fragt man mich ob ich am nächsten Tag kommen kann. Nach der Antwort nein, fragen sie mich ob ich anstatt Design nur french machen möchte da sie zu wenig Zeit haben obwohl ich extra ein Termin gebucht habe!!!
