The location address was the wrong one so I arrived 5-10 minutes late to the right location. The person treating me was annoyed and acted like it was my fault. We actually finished 20+ minutes late without any excuse.
She told me she has no experience with eyebrows. During the whole treatment she was criticizing my skin, hair, even laughed when I showed pain. My skin was burning with 90% of the products used. And the result was not great, even a couple of days after. Very bad experience.
