My experience with this cosmetics studio was awful.
I arrived at the scheduled appointment time and waited for 20 mins. The Kosmetikerin lady was late.
She was casually dressed without any uniform. Normally, a uniform should be worn for facial procedures - this seemed unprofessional.
She was not prepared for the procedure. I could not relax as she was running around organizing and making noise. She was not organized and very chaotic.
The standard of the treatment was very mediocre at best. There was nothing Luxus about the treatment. Wasted time and money. I left this place in a bad mood.
I had to make another appointment to remake the facial treatment.
