My experience was overall okay and the staff was friendly. However, the pedicure felt a bit too rough for me personally, especially because I mentioned beforehand that I have sensitive feet/skin. I would have appreciated a gentler and more detailed treatment. Also, being offered something to drink would have been a nice touch for the overall experience.
