sehr unfreundlich, nägel nicht sauber gemacht. utensilien waren schmutzig und schon benutzt. while he was filling my nails instead of the nail he was scratching my skin and opened a hole on my finger. instead of waiting for the bleeding to stop he put glue on it. also the nail tips where way too bigger than my fingernail. i’m really disappointed
