Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit meinem Besuch bei Raquel. Die Beratung war professionell, ehrlich und individuell auf meine Haare abgestimmt. Man merkt sofort ihre Erfahrung, Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Detail.
Das Ergebnis ist wunderschön geworden und entspricht genau meinen Vorstellungen. Die Atmosphäre im Salon ist angenehm, herzlich und gleichzeitig sehr professionell.
Ich kann Raquel von Herzen weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder.

After about ten visits, it is obvious that this hairdressing salon is far from reaching the high standards that one can expect in Zurich. The results, the products, the service in place and the prices are hit and miss. The confusion regarding the appointments added to a frequent request of flexibility to the client do not help neither.
