I am a regular client who returns to this specific barber shop around every month and so far every time I have been 100% satisfied with the service but with this stylist I had an unpleasant experience: - not gentle with styling tools (scissors, trimmer etc). Would often hurt my scalp during the cutting despite of telling him to be more careful. - difficult to communicate with, which resulted in only partially finished hairstyle. I have to book another appointment to correct the mistakes.
