I got the appointment cancelled twice, the salon didn’t inform Treatwell, I paid in advance and I opened a ticket to ask for reimbursement, but after 3 days I still didn’t get any answer from Treatwell. So I’m very much unsatisfied

Tatsiana cancelled by text 3 hours prior to the appointment as she just came back from a personal trip, but for some reason, she refused to cancel it on Treatwell and asked me to do it on my own. This is inacceptable and absolutely unprofessional!
