The stylist was 20 min late and only informed me 2 min before. When I shared my lash lift preference, she dismissed it and said she decides. The result was over-curled, unnatural lashes. The treatment was rough—she pressed so hard on my eyes that solution got in, causing irritation for a week. Tinting was poorly done: only tips were colored, roots stayed white. I had to redo it myself. Very unprofessional overall.
