I was a regular monthly customer there for the last 18 months but will not be returning. I usually am not one to complain.. but today I came for my appt and had 2 broken (just small tear at the side) nails. Asked for nail glue but they used gel instead (fine). At the end they charged me CHF 15.00 for two small cracks to be filled! They did not tell me the price of this before they just went ahead and did it. Poor way to treat a loyal customer! Just be careful, they are sneaky.. too bad.
