Sophie was very nice, however some of the corners of the nails were lifting (some after a day/couple of days, more after a week/10 days). Also, I would suggest to add in the description of the service about the extra charge for removal if I’m coming from another place - that’s something I’d prefer to know upfront as not all service providers charge extra for the removal (and if they do it’s usually stated in the description)
