so at first I had my appointment on Wednesday, then she texted less then 1h before that she has a headache and I can't come and we rescheduled it to the next day. Next day, she texted me again less than 1h before the appointment, that she still feels not good. So we recsheduled again! Next time she didn't answer me at all if the appointment will really take place! And as I rescheduled it by myself to Monday on this platform, she texted me again less then 1h on Monday, that she can't accept me.

She always does an amazing job with my nails, paying great attention to every detail. I also really appreciate her commitment to fitting me in with a quick appointment whenever possible.
