I had what was left of my shellack removed, but the process was so hard that made my nails bleed. Now, after 5 days, I still have pain in all the fingers and my nails are so thin as paper and break easily. I wander why she didn't use a solvent instead of the mashine, seen that I had so few shellack left on the nails and I told her that my neils are sensitive. Now I hope it will heal. Sure, this ist the last time that I get my nails removed there... sorry..

Ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben und wohl. Die Behandlung war sehr professionell und auf mich abgestimmt.
Der Umgang mit neuem Personal schien mir etwas fragwürdig.
