Il pedicure è stato fatto da un apprendista trainee e ha richiesto il triplo del tempo rispetto a quando effettuato da Erika. Al contrario di ridurre il costo, iI prezzo è invece aumentato moltissimo rispetto alla volta precedente, oltre il 25%, senza essere avvertita prima. Non è modo di trattare un buon cliente.
