I had an eyebrow appointment today with Juana, and I am very disappointed with the results. I clearly told her multiple times that I did not want my eyebrows to be thin or short — I only wanted them cleaned up. However, she ended up removing far too much, leaving my eyebrows much thinner than I wanted. My eyebrows are slightly asymmetric but never asked her to change their shape. Despite this, she tried to make them “symmetric” by removing a lot of them! and keep making them thinner&thinner
