Dreadful haircut with Alessia. Possibly the worst I’ve ever had. She didn’t listen to anything I asked, cut the front way too short which means I have to wait a few months before it can be fixed. Paid 180chf for dreadful service & horrible result. Avoid at all costs. Melania & Nunzio are amazing & I really recommend but steer clear of Alessia unless you want to look like a toddler caught you sleeping
