Wie immer sehr sympathisch, guter Haarschnitt, speditiv, freundlich, zuvorkommend, gute Vorschläge mitgeteilt und mitgedacht, dass die Haare am Schluss gewaschen werden sollten, dass sie im Arbeitsalltag nicht im Gesicht stören. Würde sicher 100% wieder gehen!

I payed much more for the service, which part I agreed, additional service. I think there was a language barrier as instead of a few new naturally looking highlights and toning to fresh up with little damage to hair I got completely visible and not blended in highlights that look orange and yellow. Warm blond tone all over is not shiny at all but more yellow. Went back to fix it but didn’t really fix it, just made more yellow. I’m extremely sad about the result. Will go elsewhere to fix.
