Mann macht der Termin für einen bestimmten Person und es ist immer wieder eine andere Person anwesend. Heute wurde mir nicht mal der Nagelhaut entfernt.

nach eine weniger Woche als einer Woche hat der Lack bei ein Finger gelassen, nach 8 bis 9 dann der und 3 Nägel. Die Reparatur hat 30 CHF gekostet, zusätzlich zu ein neues Set. ??? sehr fragwürdig diesen Kundenservice.

i don’t know what happened today but i asked for ballerina and got crooked and deformed square shaped nails. I was told Id be charged 30.- extra for asking for Chrome Nails, got charged +40.-, the guy was so nice i didn’t have the heart to complain, but now, getting home, i can’t believe we got charged for this kind of work… Personality wise i can’t complain the guy was a sweetheart, but the execution of my nails was completely terrible I wanna cry.
