A complete wrong colour for two times in a row. I was supposed to have rosé gold and came out with grey hair. It felt like she didn't know what to do. Just a waste of time and money, I'm completely dissatisfied. The second time (when she tried to fix it), despite the awful result was obvious to her as well, she sent me home saying that I could have had a hair wash for free in the future as apology. Seriously? A hair wash? I spent almost 200fr for something completely wrong! Stay away!
