I booked a treatment with Eric but on the spot I was assigned Hana. I would have preferred being informed in advance that Eric was not available. Unfortunately, I don't like the way Hana treats my nails as for both time he did them they broke after a week. This is the third time he does my nails and they are very soft and keep breaking. For the future, if I select a technician and he is not available I would like to be informed in advance and offer the possibility of canceling the appointment.
