Anna ist eine ruhige Mitarbeiterin, arbeitet aber sehr speditiv und genau. Ich bin wie immer sehr zufrieden. Schön wäre halt, wenn man Deutsch sprechen könnte, aber das ist nicht so schlimm

All in all ok - I showed a picture of a soft lily pink nail. I got a Pastell colour nearly white - not close to my picture. The modellagr and shape is ok (not what I wanted too) it looks good but sad the colour is not right.
