Ich war schon oft in diesem Salon und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal war ich allerdings etwas enttäuscht.
Die Behandlung wirkte auf mich sehr hastig. Während meines Termins kamen zusätzlich Kund:innen ohne Termin vorbei, die offenbar noch kurzfristig bedient werden sollten. Dadurch hatte ich das Gefühl, dass meine Behandlung schneller abgeschlossen wurde. Hinzu kam, dass ein Kunde neben mir während der gesamten Behandlung sehr viel gesprochen hat. Es war keine entspannte Atmosphäre.

I have been to this salon many times, because of its good price and lovely people. This time they were so rude to me, there was a different lady than usual, tried so hard not to do my nails the way I wanted, and what I wanted was simple gold color... I was really disappointed as I had a wedding to attend... Go to this salon for neutral tones/ basic designs and if you speak German. Otherwise you will not get what you want.

Immer sehr zufrieden! Schnelle, gute und schöne Arbeit. Nägel so wie ixh es mir gewünscht gab
