Booked refill with French for 82 CHF. Suddenly told I had to pay 35 CHF extra to remove old nails—though a new set is 90 CHF online! No extensions were done, just my short nails, and I skipped French because it looked bad on short nails. I’ve booked like this before with no issue. Feels like I was overcharged for less service. Totally unfair and misleading.
